These terms apply to the services NeotecMedia offers on www.neotecmedia.com and listings.neotecmedia.com. NeotecMedia is operated by Neotec Solutions Co., a company registered in Hong Kong.

Directory listings

• The fee for each listing, and for each update of a listing, is shown on the order form. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription.
• After payment, we review the listing. If we approve it, it is typically published within 3 business days, and we email you when it's live.
• If we decline a listing or an update after you've paid, we refund the payment in full. Once a listing or update is published, its fee is non-refundable.
• A listing stays on our website for as long as we maintain that directory.
• We remove a listing free of charge on request.
• Please make sure the information you give is accurate. We may decline or remove a listing that is misleading, inappropriate or against our policies.

Guest posts

• Articles must follow our guidelines. We may decline any article.
• Guest posts aren't paid in advance: we send a PayPal invoice after the article is published, payable within 3 business days. There's nothing to pay for an article we decline.
• You confirm that you have the right to publish the article and the images in it.

Press releases, media partnerships, SEO and marketing

For these services, we agree on the work and the fees with you by email before we start. We may decline any press release. We don't guarantee particular search rankings or traffic.

Payments

Payments are made through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a credit or debit card.

Our websites

The content on our websites is for general information. We aren't responsible for the businesses listed on them or for the websites they link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
