NeotecMedia is operated by Neotec Solutions Co., a company registered in Hong Kong. This policy explains what personal information we collect on www.neotecmedia.com and on our ordering site, listings.neotecmedia.com, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • When you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write to us.
  • When you order a listing: the business details you enter for the listing (name, address, phone number and website), your email address, and the details of your payment that PayPal sends us. We don't receive your card number.
  • When you request a removal: your email address at the business's domain, which we use to confirm the request.
  • When you visit our websites: Google Analytics records how www.neotecmedia.com and our ordering site are used, and Statcounter does the same on the ordering site, with cookies. See how Google uses this information.

How we use it

  • To publish, update or remove the listings and articles you order
  • To send you order confirmations, links to your live listings, and a reminder if an order isn't paid
  • To answer your questions
  • To keep records of orders and payments

We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Published information

The business details in a listing are published on our websites and can be seen by anyone. Don't include personal information in a listing that you don't want published.

Services we use

  • PayPal processes payments.
  • SendGrid sends our emails.
  • Google Analytics measures visits to this site and our ordering site, and Statcounter to our ordering site.
  • Cloudflare delivers our websites and forwards the emails you send us.
  • DigitalOcean hosts our websites.

These services may store and process information outside Hong Kong.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep other personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or have a listing removed, by emailing us. We can't delete the order and payment records we're required to keep.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
